Wine Route Maps can be found over at Wines on Ontario Website when your there you can pick up printed maps everywhere, most wineries have them at their counters. BUT keep in mind that some of the best places are the one's not on the official Wine Route! Also you can pretty much get from one end of the peninsula to the other in like 10 min so nothing is THAT far away.

Hilibrand - One of the bigger producers with lots of selection and a great resturant!

Caroline Cellars - Small family based producer, some of the best fruit/wine blends and great people to talk to!

Rancourt - I always make a stop here, good Red's but not much White but they always have a story to tell.

Palatine Hills - One of the best White producers

If you have questions or want to know about others in the area or wineries on the "bench" (St Catharines to Stony Creek) send me and email and I'll add them. I didn't put the bench wineries because they are a bit farther and I'm not sure anyone will want to go that far.
